Bryan Co. Rural Water District #2 has a seven (7) member Board of Directors, which oversees all operations of the Water District.  Two (2) of these Seven (7) Directors’ Linda Henderson and Mark Smith, terms have expired.  Mrs. Henderson and Mr. Smith have both volunteered to serve another term, if re-elected.  If interested in volunteering to serve on our Board, you must apply at the Water District Office between 8:00 A.M. and 4:00 P.M., Monday thru Friday.  All applications must be submitted by 4:00 P.M. on October 13, 2023.  Applicants must be members of Rural Water District #2 and water bills must be current.  If elected, you must be willing to serve a 3-year term, attend at least one meeting per month and attend 6 hours of training within the first year.  If any other applications are received, voting will be held at the Rural Water District #2 Office located at 9077 U.S. 70, Mead, OK 73449 on Monday, November 13, 2023, starting at 9:30 A.M. with Polls closing at 4:30 P.M.
